Wildwood Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What is the cost of the bracelet?

Bracelets provide admittance for the whole weekend and are good at both Middle Twp. and the Convention Center.  The cost is $70.00 if you buy them through our package.  The cost will be $75.00 at the door. 

2. Does everyone on Staff need a bracelet?

YES.  ALL staff, performers and prop handlers with a performing group MUST have bracelets. 

3. Can I just come and watch one performance?

Yes, you can just come to see a particular show.  However, the weekend is divided into "blocks" and the cost for each "block" is $25.00, which can be paid at the door upon your arrival.  There are usually 6 or 7 blocks over the weekend, but will be finalized after registration is complete and the number of units for quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals are verified. 

4. Who do I make the registration checks out to?

Checks can ONLY made out to either the National Judges Assoc. or Tournament of Bands.  Checks made out to any other entity will be returned and your registration will not be accepted until the correct check is received.

5. When will our performance time be posted?

The performance schedule will be arranged and posted on-line in early April.  The times will be posted on this site as well as www.tob.org

6. When will we receive our hotel assignment?

Hotel assignments will be finalized and sent out in early April.

7. Can I send additional payments prior to Wildwood?

Yes.  You can send additional payments prior to your arrival to reduce the amount you need at check-in.  However, all additional payments must be received prior to April 15th.  After that date, bring all required money to check-in and this payment can only be in the form of certified checks, school checks, cash or money order.  NO personal checks will be accepted at registration.  

8. What age do kids need bracelets?

Children under the age of 3 are admitted for free.  However, they must be accompanied by a paying adult and sit on the adult's lap.
