Upon your arrival in Wildwood, every group must first check-in at the Headquarters.
You will need the following items for registration:
1. The remainder of your payment
2. Your rooming list
Please Note- If you do not have your rooming list; you will not be allowed to register.There are no exceptions to this rule. Make sure if you are having someone arrive prior to the unit, they must have all the required paperwork.
Headquarters again will be located at the Oceanic Hotel, which is at the corners of Ocean Ave. and Burk Ave. (directly across from the Convention Center).
Check-in times are as follows:
Thursday 9am-9pm
Friday 9am-7pm
*The groups that are arriving on Wednesday night, please notify Jack to see if a check-in time can be arranged at that time. Depending on your arrival time, you may need to wait until Thursday. You will also need to make arrangements with your hotel prior to arrival.
*Parents: If you got your weekend package through us, you will also need to check in at the Oceanic Hotel. However, you do not need a rooming list.
