On this page are the forms that you need for registration.  Please print the forms and send them with your deposit to the address on the forms.

There are forms for competing groups and a separate form for parents/families.  Please make sure you print the correct forms.

Note to competing groups - Due to conflicting information that has been given to the groups, we are using the April 1st deadline as in the past.  By April 1st, you need to send all of the required paperwork and the deposit fee.  We apologize for any confusion and look forward to seeing everyone at the beach! 

Any additional payments you send must be received by April 15th!  After that date all monies received will not be applied till you arrive in Wildwood.  Also, please note, no personal checks will be accepted at registration.  Only certified checks, school checks, cash or money orders will be accepted.
